Manager Learning & Development Unit

The Learning & Development Unit undertakes the analysis of learning and development training needs at the individual, departmental and organizational level across the Ministry to provide appropriate delivery of learning and development opportunities. This is supported in collaboration with the Ministry of Civil Service, Fijian Scholarships Scheme, Teacher Training Institutions and other regional and international donor partners to provide professional learnings that is practical and based on the current and best learning and development practices.

The goal of the Learning and Development Unit is to develop or change the behavior for the better, sharing of knowledge and insights that enable the staff to do their work better, or cultivate attitudes that help them perform better.
