The Head of HR position provides leadership in respect to all human resource management functions of the MoE, implementing a strategic,  client-oriented approach to human resource management & development to ensure that appropriately trained & qualified staff are available to deliver ministerial goals. The position ensures a client service ethos & modern approach to HRM are implemented throughout the MoE.
