The Fiji Education Commission, appointed by the Hon. Minister for Education, Mr. Aseri Radrodro in July this year, is conducting a comprehensive review of Fiji’s education system (Early Childhood Education, Primary and Secondary with pathways to Technical and Vocational Education and Training).

Your expertise and experience are vital to shaping Fiji’s educational future.

Members of the public, educators, students, parents, communities, businesses and organisations are invited to send their written submissions with practical ideas to improve learning and training outcomes.

Focus areas for your submissions include:

• Proven local/international best practices and innovation in teaching and learning.

• Entrepreneurial skills, IT and AI use in classrooms and by school management.

• Strengthening and expanding TVET to meet labour-market needs.

• Values, ethics and citizenship education.

We also welcome submissions on:

Foundational literacy and numeracy, teacher support and school leadership, student access, inclusive and equitable education, and creating safe, well-resourced schools.
