The Minister for Education, Honourable Aseri Radrodro, this evening attended the farewell event for the Chief Executive Officer of the Tertiary Scholarships and Loans Service (TSLS), Dr Hasmukh Lal.
The farewell acknowledged Dr Lalβs outstanding leadership and contribution to Fijiβs education sector, particularly in improving access to tertiary education for all Fijian students. His work has supported students from remote and rural areas to urban centres, aligning with the governmentβs vision of leaving no child behind.
During his time as CEO, Dr Lal led major reforms and digital innovations at TSLS, including the launch of user-friendly digital platforms and policy changes that improved service delivery. His leadership was marked by dedication, innovation, and a strong focus on improving access and support for students across Fiji.
The Minister thanked Dr Lal for his service and wished him well in his future endeavours.
