PS EDUCATION OFFICIATED AT THE NATABUA HIGH SCHOOL PREFECTS INVESTITURE 2024

On Friday, March 15th, the Permanent Secretary for Education officiated at the Prefects Investiture of Natabua High School, emphasizing the importance of leadership and the principle of “being the first in everything.”

In her address, Ms. Kuruleca congratulated the prefects and stressed the importance of setting high standards in their duties. “Leadership is about inspiring others to work towards shared goals,” she said, urging them to lead by example in punctuality, initiative, and manners, as their behavior would motivate their peers.

Reflecting on the achievements of notable alumni like Major General Rt. Jioji Konrote and Captain Seini Cornish, she urged the prefects to aspire to greatness.

Ms. Kuruleca thanked parents and guardians for their support and commitment to the students’ well-being. She assured them of the government’s commitment to education for all children and wished the prefects, teachers, and students of Natabua High School a successful academic year 2024.
