The theme for this year βPeace, Unity and Progress for Allβ empowers and encourages everyone to respect and work with each other in unison for the progress of our country.
To our students, you are the torchbearers of Fijiβs future. Embrace this day as an opportunity to reflect on your dreams and aspirations. Education is your path to transform your dreams into a reality. I urge you to study with purpose and hold onto values of humility and compassion.
To our teachers, your dedication, service, and sacrifice are acts of true patriotism. Every lesson you deliver and every extra effort you make shapes the future of our nation. I acknowledge your vital role in nation-building, inspiring our youth, and nurturing the skills that will drive Fiji forward.
To our parents, your role towards your childβs education is vital. Through your support, encouragement, and involvement it will make a huge difference in their success. I urge you to work in partnership with the teachers and the school to ensure that your children receive the best possible education.
