The Minister for Education, Hon. Aseri Radrodro, officiated the End of Financial Year Thanksgiving Ceremony hosted by the Ministry of Education’s Finance Team.
“𝗜 𝘁𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗸 𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝗻𝘄𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿,” 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱 𝗛𝗼𝗻. 𝗥𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗼𝗱𝗿𝗼.
The Honourable Minister noted that the education sector budget has increased over the past three years, allowing for greater funding of educational projects.
“𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲,” 𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗶𝗱.
He acknowledged that the success of education programs relies heavily on the solid financial foundation built by the Finance Team. Your contributions ensure that resources are directed where they are most needed, our students, teachers, and schools.
The Honourable Minister further emphasized that a growing budget also means greater responsibility for the Ministry. Service delivery must be efficient, and timely assistance should be provided when requested.
In his concluding remarks, Hon. Radrodro commended the MOE Finance Team for their dedication, professionalism, and the critical role they play in advancing education for all.
