𝐒𝐀𝐐𝐀𝐍𝐈 𝐃𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐒𝐄𝐂𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝐒𝐂𝐇𝐎𝐎𝐋 𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐄𝐈𝐕𝐄𝐒 𝐍𝐄𝐖 𝐁𝐎𝐀𝐓 𝐀𝐍𝐃 𝐄𝐍𝐆𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐓𝐎 𝐒𝐔𝐏𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓

The Minister for Education, Honourable Aseri Radrodro, 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗮 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝟰𝟬-𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝘁 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘁 $𝟮𝟰,𝟬𝟬𝟬 to Saqani District and Saqani High School, Cakaudrove.

The boat will provide transport support for both Saqani Primary and Secondary Schools, improving access for students and staff who rely on sea travel to attend school.

For communities like Saqani, 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱. The provision of this 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲 is expected to make 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝘂𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘆.

This initiative is part of the 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲’𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁’𝘀 ongoing efforts to improve education services in rural and maritime areas through targeted infrastructure support.
