The Ministry of Education has commenced its FEMIS and FEMIS Finance Modules training sessions for Heads of Schools, School Managers, FEMIS Officers, Admin Officers, Bursars and ECE teachers in the Western Division, starting with sessions at Ra High School. The 3-week-long training is led by the Ministryโs ICT Team and Audit/Grants Officers and covers both the Fiji Education Management Information System (FEMIS) and school finance processes. Sessions are being delivered in clusters to ensure effective support for all participants.
Participants are also engaging in group presentations over two days, with each cluster receiving targeted training.

The ICT Team is also assisting schools with any FEMIS related technical issues during the training. This initiative will continue in the Central and Eastern Divisions in the next phase and reflects the Ministryโs ongoing commitment to strengthening school systems through better data and financial management.
