The Minister for Education, Hon. Aseri Radrodro wishes to advise that the FY13CE Provisional Results has been released today, Tuesday, 24, December 2024.
βThe provisional results have been released online and can be accessed through the link www.examresults.gov.fj. All Year 13 students can use their Examination Code Number and personal credentials to access their results. However, students who do not have internet access can obtain the results from their respective schools or District Education Office,β stated Hon. Radrodro.
He further stated that students who wish to apply for a recount or a remark can submit an application at the Examinations and Assessment Office at Gohil Building or at their nearest District Education Office. The 30-day Provisional Period will allow students to apply for a recount or a remark.
The Ministry has recorded 86% pass rate this year compared to 91% in 2023. However, the Minister for Education also congratulates those schools that have improved their overall results. Congratulation is also extended to the 2 government schools for improving their Y13 results. The two schools, namely, Adi Cakobau School, improved its results from 97% to 98% and Vunisea Secondary improved from 83% to 97%.
Students applying for scholarships and loan with the Tertiary Scholarships and Loans Service (TSLS) can upload their results onto their accounts.
The Minister for Education also expressed gratitude to the 10 secondary schools that achieved a 100% pass rate. These schools are:
Nadarivatu Secondary, Nilsen High, Tavua Dist. Secondary, Rt. Finau Secondary, South Taveuni.Sec, Nasesevia Sec, Valebasoga Sec, Duavata Sec. Rewa Sec and Jai Narayan College.
βI encourage and urge all parents and guardians to engage in open conversations with their children about their results. It is essential for students to feel supported as they consider their next steps, whether that involves pursuing higher education, vocational training, or entering the workforce,β stated Hon. Radrodro.
The Education Minister acknowledged all teachers, students, and parents for their hard work, which is evident in the results and looks forward to their continued support. He also highlighted that students continuing their educational journey in schools and in tertiary institutes should stay focused on achieving their academic goals and perform to the best of their ability.
