The Minister for Education, Hon. Aseri Radrodro, sat down with teachers of Nakorotubu Secondary School for a Talanoa session aimed at open dialogue and shared understanding. He was joined by officials from the Western Division Education Office and representatives from the Western District Office. This inter-agency engagement provided a platform for open dialogue, collaboration, and community-driven solutions.

The open discussion provided a platform for teachers to raise challenges relating to school infrastructure, access to teaching resources, and staffing needs. Teachers also shared suggestions for improving the delivery of education in rural areas.

Hon. Radrodro reiterated the Ministry’s commitment to listening to those on the ground and working together to find practical solutions. He thanked teachers for their dedication and resilience, especially in remote schools where conditions can be more demanding.
