Manager Salaries/Payments

The Manager Finance is responsible for Salaries, Payments, and the Ledgers sections of the Ministry. The Salaries section ensures proper renumeration of teachers and staffs is in accordance with the MCS guidelines. Any payment of Location allowances, Hostel Allowances, Boarding allowance, Salary Upgrades, Overtime, Leave compensation are handled by the Salaries section. The Payments section supports all the logistics, managing accounts payable, accounts receivables and expenditure of MOE and Ledgers section oversee that our budget allocated every year is properly recorded in our Annual Financial Statements, financial reporting as per the Finance Manual and the Financial Management Act. Our team ensures that proper management of funds is done responsibly and transparently supporting the Annual Corporate Plan of the Ministry of Education.
