Greetings from the Primary/ Secondary Section of the Ministry of Education

The Primary / Secondary Section is responsible for the coordinating, facilitating and providing of administrative support  for the quality delivery of teaching and learning in all ECE , Primary, SIE and Secondary Schools in Fiji in collaboration with other sections and the District and Division Office. It ensures the provision of basic education in Fiji in partnership with its stakeholders and is responsible for the planning, coordinating, implementing the Education policies in Schools. There are a total of 873 ECE schools, 738 Primary Schools, of which 18 are special schools and 176 Secondary Schools. The Section looks forward to working with you all for the betterment of the children in Fiji.
