𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐋𝐀𝐖𝐀 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐘 𝐒𝐓𝐔𝐃𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐌𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐅𝐑𝐎𝐌 𝐓𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 𝐓𝐎 𝐍𝐄𝐖 $45,000 𝐄𝐂𝐄 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐒𝐒𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐌

The Minister for Education, Hon. Aseri Radrodro 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗮 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗶𝗻 𝗙𝗲𝗯𝗿𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱.Following the visit, he learned that children were still studying in tents. To address this, the 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮 $𝟰𝟱,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁 to construct a new Early Childhood Education (ECE) classroom.

The Minister led the 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿, and 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗼𝗼𝗺, providing a 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲 and 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 learning space for 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘄𝗮’𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀.

This project is part of the 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆’𝘀 𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺, which assists six schools with 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿. The program has a total 𝗯𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗼𝗳 $𝟮𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗿𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘀. It highlights the 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲’𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁’𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 to 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 school buildings and 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 in 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗲 communities.
